The 2nd World War Luftwaffe Honour Goblet

Postby yaldjl on 20 Jul 2012 09:05

The tin handicraft, there are many design on the cup carving, this design is to let this cup slipped from the hands. We can see the pattern on the cup is very beautiful. There are two eagles in the battle and The 2nd World War special symbols. The whole cup metal feels is very intense.

von thoma, what is your opinion on the *honor disk* he posted in awards section earlier this week?

I am not quite sure the purpose of these postings? Does he own these? or just reposting pics/info FYI

Yes, the "Salver" and "Goblet" are "new generation" reproductions....no question when there are good photos....both shouldn't really fool an experianced collector, but certianly could be dangerous to new collectors and those "old timers" without a computer!

No judging "Yaldjl" motives....but both are reproductions......might have "filler" value since most of us will never own a "Salver" or Goblet.....but REPRODUCTIONs all the same!
