Could it be associated with any company that used forced labour? It could be tokens for labourers, "checking in" by moving their personal tags from one board to another.

Here's a pic of such a board used in a mine:

These could be used as a checking in/out system, however this does not mean to say that it was anything to do with forced labour. Belsen was originally built to provide housing for the workers that were building the barracks in Belsen (now referred to as Hohne camp). After completion of the barracks, Belsen was used to store machinery. Both senarios may have used a checking in/out system such as these.

I would be interested to know exactly where these were found, and if anyone can come up with a solution for the C & TH/ CT & H - then perhaps we can narrow things down a little.

I notice that one of the tags has a different logo... could you provide a better image?

The tags came from a family of British Soldier who was at Belsen camp in the late 1940's..They also had other items including German toothpate tubes,a bunk support, a handle and a fork, an Electric Fence Conductor and other pieces which were from the camp dump. The guy who obtained the tags has a few more with the same monogram tied together with a string however these have been stamped (later I believe for reuse) with what may be the crows foot and possibley D.P (Drill Purpose) this has been overstamped over the monogram, all the monograms are the same.

The numbers hint that there could have been a rather large amount of those tokens.

Those are some company's 'tallys' and nothing to do with a KL.
