Bayonet identification

Hi.
I had home one bayonet a I don't know anything about it. Will be someone able to help me with its identification? Here are some photos:

It's a bayonet for a German k98 rifle ( Second War not first ) with what appears to be a Bakelite handle .

And anytihing about the history? When was it made, where? Is it worth something or it is common artefact?

Standard German WW2 bayonet. Made in 1938 by Horster.

Not in very good condition - no scabbard so not worth a great deal on money I'm afraid.
