I bought a little silver skull today. It can be opened and inside there is enough space for about two aspirins.
I will use it for my headache pills. It's a head after all.
It is probably a replica but might be an original. It is very cool but I have no idea what such objects were used for in the past.
Cyanide?

Well, it was way too cheap to be authentic. And come to think of it, it's also "a bit" too freaky to be real.
At least 11 yo boys like it. My inner 11 yo likes it too.
I must save money to buy something authentic next year.
