Help identifying WWI or pre-WWI Prussian? Uniform

This is a photo of an ancestor from Jannewitz, Prussia. I believe it could be a WWI uniform, but it might be from around 1875 as well. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

1870s to 1910ish duty/dress uniform (after that dress until 1920s)... prewar photo, can't tell much except "enlisted man/Other ranks", would need to be in color and be able to read the numbers on his shoulder straps to say more.... Prussian were usually "Prussian blue" base color... (Red collar & facings for Infantry) I believe.
