This picture contains one's collection of German military Items from WW2. But that thing on the wall is unknown for me; could someone please tell me what's its name and what's the usage of it ??

It appears to be pace count beads.

"It" appears to be a necklace made from Stick grenade pulls.... called "pearl rings"/glassine or ceramic doughnuts... and other things- but they are the things that were pulled to ignite the grenade explosive (on a string)... were popular keepsakes with GIs and would be common at dig sites...

Nice collection of dugouts. I think this "necklace" was the best way to the owner to present the stickgrenade pearls in display....
