Unknown milatry Object from German Nazi, identify help

Hi Guys,
This picture contains one's collection of German military Items from WW2. But that thing on the wall is unknown for me; could someone please tell me what's its name and what's the usage of it ??

You're help is appreciated before. :) :)

It appears to be pace count beads.

"It" appears to be a necklace made from Stick grenade pulls.... called "pearl rings"/glassine or ceramic doughnuts... and other things- but they are the things that were pulled to ignite the grenade explosive (on a string)... were popular keepsakes with GIs and would be common at dig sites...

Nice collection of dugouts. I think this "necklace" was the best way to the owner to present the stickgrenade pearls in display.... ;-)
