3 looks like Li Tsung Jen (Li Zongren).

These pics are taken in 1945. U can see the old and new style caps the generals wearing.

3 is indeed 李宗仁(Li Zongren)!
These pics are taken in Beiping(北平) in 12 1945.

He is General ( 1st Class) LI Chung-ren, later Vice President (1948-1950) ad Acting President of ROC.
1945年10月10日,国民政府军第十一战区司令长官孙连仲在故宫太和殿主持日本华北侵略军签降仪式。12月11日,蒋介石以“慰问北方同胞”为名飞抵北平,部署内战。13日,蒋介石在行辕接见蒋经国、傅作义,并任命陈继承为第十一战区副司令长官。16日上午,蒋介石在故宫太和殿向北平一万八千名大中学生训话,并接受学生的“献剑”;下午,在东交民巷检阅驻平美国海军陆战队。18日,蒋介石离开北平。
The above stated Gen SUN Lien-chun accepted the Japanese Surrender in Peiping (Peking) on 10 10 1945 and the Generalissimo flew to Peiping on 11 Dec 1945 and received his son and Gen Chen Chin-cheng and Gen FU Tso-er on 16 Dec. He addressed 18,000 Peking students at the Hall of Harmony in the Forbidden City and inspected the US Marines in the same afternoon. He left Peiping on 18 Dec 1945.
