Do you have a date on the photo? If I had to guess, I'd say the American general is Caleb Haynes. I'm probably wrong however.

the one on the left looks like Huang Renlin(黄仁霖) (retired from Lieutenant General). the photo below was at least 10 years after when he was in Taiwan. he also attended Cairo Conference in 1943 as Chiang's interpretor.

The one in the far right in peak cap should be General Sheng Zhen (1888-1978); former Corps Commander of 33 Corps in Peiping and then Commander of the 6th War Zone before appointed as Generalissimo Chiang 's personal Chief of Staff.
He spoke fluent English and has accompanied Chiang to India and also Cairo in 1943.He was the Commander of Chinese Forces in occupied Japan from 1946-49.

What are their names in Chinese(Sun Lien-chun etc.)?
There are two generals at least behind Gen Zheng. Who is Sun Lien-chun? and who is the other?
The source tells me that the pic is taken in 1943.Are you sure it is taken in 1945?

1943 was a very hard and difficult year for the China’s Resistance War against Japan, the Generalissimo would be more stern and less cheerful. More importantly they have not yet changed their German style uniform (with German Mountain Troop Cap and British Sam Browne Belt) to a more US style (with Peak Cap and new Cap badge and cloth and not Sam Browne Belt) as worn by General Zhang Zheng.

General Sun lien-chun 孫連仲is a famous general from Fan Yu-hsien 馮玉祥North-Western clique (西北軍). He was Commander of the 11th War Zone and Peiping was under his charge. You would not be able to see Maj General Hayes there too if it was 1943, nor Lt. General Huang Yen-lin (黃仁霖) who was the de facto Orderly of Madam Chiang
