The body looks like those of Sd.Kfz.6 (or Sd.Kfz. 8) halftrack.Akira Takizawa wrote:Henschel Tractor captured by the Japanese

Hello,
Here is a Buick from 1940s(the car of Zhou Enlai when he was negotiating with KMT in Nanking 1945-46) on display in a small museum in Nanjing. Can anyone tell its exact model?

Another interesting photo showing cars being transported on a ship, in the same museum:

Hi YC:
Your Buick is, I believe, a 1941 Buick Century.
I post an example photo here.

Hello,
Perhaps a bit off topic as this photo was taken in 1950s or 60s, but could anyone identify the car?

Hi YC:
It is one of the variants of the Polish FSO Warszawa vehicle built from the 1950's into the late 1960's.
My example below is a 224 variant but they were also identified with other designations.
There was also a Russian variant, the Pobeda M20 but I don't think the Chinese and Russians traded many civilian autos in the 1950's.

Thank you for your identification!
Re: Soft skin vehicles in China 1935-1945
Hello all,
Again a bit off-topic(or maybe not?), the picture below is part of a larger photo which my friend has bought. The photo showing tracked vehicles working in a Northeast China(Manchuria) forest perhaps in 1950s.
My friend thought the chassis of this vehicle looks very much like the RSO used by the Germans during WW2, but with some differences. The drive wheels is a sprocket on RSO, but have no teeth on this vehicle. My friend says he has not found anything about this vehicle yet.
Can anyone identify this vehicle?
