Who was the highest-scoring Chinese pilot ace of Sino-Japanese War/WW2 (1937 - 1945)?

Is there some good info available on him in English?

For biplane pilots you have Chinese section of Hĺkans aviation page - Biplane Fighter Aces from the Second World War

I know Håkans aviation page, interesting stuff - in Håkans list the top Chinese ace appears to be Liu Chi-Sheng with 10 air victories and all of his claims made before the year 1941. The problem with Håkan´s info is that it is limited only to pilots with biplane claims and almost exclusively to a period of 1937 - 1940. Many Chinese fighter pilots flew I-16 and later modern American monoplane fighters - my guess is that there were Chinese pilots with claims made only with monoplane fighters. It might well be that Liu Chi-Sheng is the top Chinese ace of Sino-Japanese war 1937-1945, but a more precise picture of Chinese "monoplane fighter aces" is needed.

It doesn't help with an immediate answer but in April 2015 Osprey is releasing Aces of the Republic of China Air Force by historian/researcher Raymond Cheung.
