I found this pic at Ullstein Bild. It says it's Oberst Markolj (Kdr der Kroatischen Legion). I used the search facility with no luck. Could anybody give me more details about this officer?

Thanks a lot Klemen, I could find an old post made by me which I titled Ivan Markulj, but my memory is working really bad as I can see. Actually I was looking for that post so I could add this picture. Thanks once again.
