Chamberlain warned Hitler September 1938?

There is a school of thought that Chamberlain when meeting with Hitler in September 1938 warned Hitler of a possible coup, thus buying breathing space for England as a result of that alleged warning.

Now what if that warning was never given and Hitler had been removed from power what might have been the subsequent path of events thereafter?
