What if French King Louis XV was a realist rather than an idealist and would have thus kept the Austrian Netherlands in 1748.

For the record, France would have much more natural resources (especially, but not only, coal) after 1748 in this scenario, which in turn could help France industrialize faster and/or earlier in comparison to real life (after all, more coal = easier and faster industrialization):
