According to this U 460 was sunk in the Azores 2 months after the newsreel was shown http://uboat.net/boats/u460.htm

The flak thrown up by 10 2 cm and 10 3,7 cm from u-boats desperately squirming to escape must've been quite prodigious - a shame the footage of the fight went down with the boat.

Have you the number of the u-boat it is resupplying in the clip?

Hi, There is more than one boat in the clip. When the refueling is over and the crew are waving them goodbye the first conning tower shown is not camouflaged with stripes.
A few seconds later it is.
Believe first tower shown is from U 123. U 117 is known to have been supplied with torpedoes. U 460 supplied many boats around this time including- U 183, U 105, U 511, U 513 and others. So its difficult to ID them.
