It seems that we are the only one's doing this quiz!!

The answer to sea devil is U 1064 VIIC/40.....Commander K-H Schneiwind
The emblem was not displayed on the boat but was worn by the crew on their hats.
It is a silhouette of the Commander's face with two horns protruding as :
