Unknown submarine

I would like to ask you to identify the small submarine, or manned torpedo on this photo. I only know that this photo was taken between 1914-1920, probably in Russia by the Czechoslovak legionars. Thanks a lot in advance!

The submarine pictured looks very similar to the midget submarines that the Russians were utilising on the Danube estuary in 1915. The midget submarine was found to be of little use and was left in the Rumanian shipyard of Turnu Severin
