Hi Pikap,

nice pics, especially the coloured ones.
#39 outer boat looks more like U 126 as U 130 is impossible and U 66 unlikely.
#43 shows U 751 (left) and U 85 following arrival at St. Nazaire on 23 Feb 42. Pic is part of a larger series. Copyright is with German Bundesarchiv.

Hi Pikap,

22 c is taken inside the slip box of Keroman 1 at Lorient. Obviously a Blohm & Voss boat, it is very probably one out of the half dousend possible boats out of the U 56X series as I doubt it is U 557.

Yes, You`re right. Now, I can`t remember the source of the pictures of this boat, but in my book this boat was identified as U 3015. If
I`ll find I post that picture.

Books are not always an reliable source,i have almost 200 books regarding the WWII U-Boats in my archive,
and in every one them,there is atleast one or more mistakes(new and old books),giving the U-Boats a wrong ID.
