Hi, I'd like to use the Order of Battle for a website I am working on ~ currently the OOB for the Polish Air Force I have used has been taken from 'The Polish Air Force at War (1939-1943) Jerzy B. Cynk http://www.librarything.com/work/2780388/book/83540841 the website is here: http://board-and-design.foxsch.net/inde ... &Itemid=78, I will, of course, give full credit to the Forum and Engine Capo. If there are no objections, or criteria I have missed, please let me know asap!

Cheers,

Foxsch

As for the Observation Squadrons some of their role was to be continued by Poles serving in the Royal Air Force. Apart from the 300-series Squadrons, Poles also formed the No 663 Squadron (in Polish 663 Polski Szwadron Powietrznych Punktów Obserwacyjnych). This Squadron whose role was artillery spotting flew Auster Mk. IV/V and was raised 14 August 1944 at San Basilio, Italy. This Sqn flew in support of the 2nd Polish Corps of the British 8th Army until October 1946, disbanding on the 4th that Month upon returning to Great Britain.
