Polish Government-in-Exile Documents

#1

Post by spottedcow » 17 Sep 2014, 05:16

I assume the Polish Government-in-Exile's official documents have returned to Poland. Does anyone know where (in which archive) they are located?
Thanks,
Patrick

I'm afraid that they are not in one place. Some are undoubtedly in Poland eg in the AAN (Archiwum Akt Nowych). Abroad they are to be found mainly in the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum in London and the Jozef Pilsudzki Institute in NY.

Thanks gebhk for the response. I think I'll write to Sikorski in London and ask where the docs I am looking would be located.
All the best
