This seems to be a Belgian bunker. It's egg-camouflage

Re: Maginot Line bunkers
In all my years of interest, one thing I was never able to grasp is the maginot line, and the French mentality behind it. During WWI The Germans, while ignoring Belgiums neutrality, gained access to France through Belgium. What it is I had a problem understanding is since Belgium had decided again to opt for neutrality (even before they did) Why didn't France protect their boarder all the way up to the sea. wether they were allies or not My opinion is The maginot line was one of the biggest blunders, waste of money, and most useless military institutions ever built. It's a shame because it really was a wonder of modern technology
Re: Maginot Line bunkers
The French did fortify their entire border from the English Channel to Switzerland. However, the border fortifications were not of uniform strength with the strongest opposite the border with German in Lorraine and North Alsace, and the weakest being opposite the Ardennes. The Maginot Lien fortifications were planned and built incrementally by sector. Those along the Belgian border were started started in 1936 after Belgium declared neutrality. The late start on construction combined with economic problems which limited the funds available to build the Maginot fortifications caused the French Army to scale back construction, leaving the weakest section around Sedan - an unfortunate occurrence considering that the German offensive called for the panzer spearhead to cross into France there.

You should read more about it. It was strategy, dollars and politics that made it fail as a whole. In many areas it did very well the large forts in the Alsace Lorraine did exceptionally well against the attacking Germans. Many held out until the final surrender.
