23 mm Brandt AT gun

The friend of mine have discovered 23 mm Brandt AT guns, mentioned in Lithuanian Army documents from 1938. They are mentioned alongside Hispano-Suiza guns, so, it looks like, both guns had to be some kind of lightweight AT guns on low and light AT carriage. Some kind of "AT Machine-guns". An idea, popular in the 1930s.
