I visited "Musee 39-45" near Calais a while ago. Inside the museum, there was a small presentation for the Légion des volontaires français, LVF.
What is that written in here, can anybody help?

For those who are interested, the museum of which it is question is of other than the " Musée 39-45 Ambleteuse " based in the North of France.
