I was watching a older english archeology show and they talked about a pair of bombers involved in an accident. They crashed due to poor visibility and poor weather over england on the way to being rebased in france. http://laituk.org/Time%20Team.htm I think I have done that right…anyway The museum the parts of the planes were brought to was RAF Millom Museum which has since closed. The serial numbers were 43-22298 and 43-22336, and the types specifically were A-26B. I was not able to track down what happened to them after the museum was closed…if anyone knows where they went and any more information about these bombers in general I would be grateful.
