So far, I have found he was a capitan of Army and a air commodore of Royal Airfoce. But I didn't find any rank insignia on his navy uniform.

As far as I know the First Lord of the Admiralty was a political appointment not a Naval rank. Sir Winston never served in the Navy or the Air Force although he retired as an Army Officer. Though Churchill did sport facsimiles of a Royal Navy uniform with his Army and Civilian decorations as in your picture it was not official Navy issue, hence no rank insignia. He certainly loved uniforms. Here is another pic of him in the uniform of the Royal Yacht Squadron with FDR:

I believe the picture of Churchill in " naval" uniform is actually of him in the uniform of Warden of the Cinque Ports.

You are correct Spontoon.
Here is a Portrait of Sir Winston Spencer Churchill (1874 - 1965) as Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports 1956 by Bernard Hailstone:
This office, medieval in origin and England’s oldest military honour, had been held since 1941 by Winston Churchill, who was to remain Lord Warden until his death.

In the Army, he reached the rank of lieutenant-colonel during WWI. His rank of air commodore was an honorary one.

To all,

Why did Churchill wear military uniforms during World War II while he was Prime Minister?
