Jagdpanthers claimsby Guards Armoured Division

8 September 1944 Lt Hugh Griffiths in a Cromwell of the 2nd Bn Welsh Guards destroys a Jagdpanther of 3./Schwere Pz-Jaeg Heeres Abt.559.
Two other Jagdpanthers are also claimed on this date. Can anyone tell me which British regiment claimed the other two awarded as destroyed on that date?
