I think some digits have been transposed somewhere, as Vauxhall Motors' figures are 5640 for Churchill production.

You'd expect OW, OX, OY production to be at those levels as well; add in some civilian types and it's certainly consistent with 250,000 vehicles, though I just posted it as an interesting detail, really.
