The story begins whit the commander of the shink is having is head out in the air. Close by a sniper lies on the tank and aims for the commander. The shoot almost hit him. Unhurt and furios he oders the 4 20mm guns to aim at the snipers location. Blastin away everything arround the sniper. When the tank stop fireing a scear and shaken sniper comes out and surrender.

By the time the Skink entered service, the Luftwaffe was more or less finished. Without enemy aircraft to guard against, the few machines delivered were used effectively against infantry.

Yes, it was effectiv against infantry. Thanks to it´s High Explosive Incendiary Tracer (HEIT) rounds. A powerful tool to get infantries fgarisoned in side building. In one occasion 50 german soldier occupied a building. When the skink had fired at the building the enemy surrender in terror whit ten wounded from the HEIT

Is this shink? ,skink? , A quad 20mm , ground mount, wheeled or tracked?
Never heard the nickname. In any case the quad 20mm AA gun was an effective weapon and feared much by Allied ground attack pilots.
Without enemy aircraft to guard against,

..................and here too:
....One * such test vehicle was the Skink and one unit was converted. Judging the unit to be a real battle winner, it was shipped over to Europe in 1945 for live testing. The Skink proved that it was valuable in knocking down German aircraft, HOWEVER, by 1945 there was little for it to actually shoot at. The Skink then found another purpose... it was turned on German infantry with devastating results. Though successful, little purpose could be found for production and the project was cancelled.

A "Skink" is a type of lizard found in the Canadian Praries ( among other places) and is very fast.
*NOTE Three not one were actually made*
