According to Volume Three of The British Armies in World War Two - An Organizational History, by David Hughes, James Broshot, and David Ryan, the batteries of the 111th at El Alamein were:

211th (East Lancashire) Field Battery
212th (East Lancashire) Field Battery
476th Field Battery

The 111th Field Regiment was attached to the 50th (Northumbrian) Infantry Division from 15th October to 21st November 1942. The regiment had 24 x 25-pdr field guns and it's AOS sign at the time was 71 Red/Blue.

David, I know I am nearly 12 years later to the party.
But are you still interested in 111th? I have been doing some research so might have some useful info.

Best wishes,

Hello, I would be interested to know more about the 111th Field Regt, RA, particularly in 1944 in the Adriatic, if possible?
Thank you
