Hello!

Could anyone tell me the full names and military branches of each individual on these two photos. I can provide their surnames.
This is a very rare photo from 18. POW-Camp, Featherstone Park Camp, Haltwhistle!
The photo comes from the estate of Heinz Kastner (guy with the glasses)
I recognize:

SS-Oberführer Otto Baum

And (based on the surname) potentially:

Ewald Bartel, Major der Reserve FHH?
