I had this one in mind, but as you can see the nose of the dornier is too sleek and the exhaust is missing:

The aircraft was impressed in a neutral Air Force after landing by mistake on it's territory.

The neutral state was slightly pro-Axis; the State owning the impressed aircraft was frankly pro-Axis. The two states were at war.
