Question about Tankbuchse 41/L'arquebuse anti-chars 41

Some time ago I've found in Polish National Libary an very interesting manual. It was made by soldiers from 2DSP in Switzerland. In it there is a brief descriptoin of a AT rifle, 24 milimeter. Does anybody know something about this weapon?

According to that link, the manual which I am talking about is made from a IIIrd model. All the data which is in that link (types I-III) is mentioned in my manual.
