Hello!
These two ships were HMS Dunedin and HMCS Assiniboine. They captured German freighter Hannover which later became HMS Audacity escort carrier.

Could it be the incident when the RCN Prince Robert captured the Weser outside Mexico. I believe it was September 1940.

Not exactly the same as M20 has been modernized a lot, but close enough.

I am now the proud owner of M19. Picture below taken last summer. Still in its original shape.
