Greek Soft Skin Vehicles 1930-1940

#1

Post by Bill Murray » 30 Mar 2014, 19:50

Having now spent over 50 years doing amateur research on mostly the major powers soft skin vehicles 1930-1945, I am now trying to spend a lot of time on the vehicles of Neutral countries as well as conquered countries and or countries like some in South America that entered the war very late.

As such, I am asking if anyone here can post photos of Greek soft skins or give me some links/leads as to where to look.

As of now, out of all of my paper stuff and over 50,000 images in Drop Box, I have exactly 5 photos of Greek soft skins and I know there must be a lot more out there.

Thanks for any assistance.

Thanks for your sense of humour also..............

Actually, having been born in China (1940) and having lived and worked in Sweden, Peru, Canada and the US, I am fairly good with languages or I can find a way to translate them. As well, I am pretty fluent in "International English".

A given, though, that languages such as those written in non "Latin Root" styles can be extremely difficult to sort out if you can only find source materiel in the original language and cannot find a suitable translation solution.

Luckily, even when I come across a site in a language I cannot read, many times the identification of the vehicle/s is written in English. IE, xxxyyyzzz Bedford OYD, or xxxyyyzz Mercedes LG63 or some such.

Thanks again so much for the link and if you think of anything else to pass on, please do.

Regards

Bill
