I am alas not a Czech speaker but will do my best. Translations from left to right in each category. I have tried my best to translate to British Army equivalents
Main title: Epaulette rank distictions and insignia
1. Rankers
private, lance corporal, corporal, lance-sergeant, sergeant, Long-service corporal, officer cadet private**, officer cadet corporal**
* This rank does not exist in BA. Common in central and East European armies such a Polish 'plutonowy', Romanian 'plutonier' ie platoon leader.
** I presume officer cadets retained their army rank while undergoing officer training as in the Polish army.
2. Warrant officers (I think)
Warrant officer class 1, warrant officer class 2, ensign
3. Officers
2nd lieutenant, lieutenant, senior lieutenant*, captain, staff captain*, major, lieutenant colonel, colonel, general
* no rank equivalents in the British Army
4. Students and pupils
Military academies
1st year student, 2nd year student
Young aviators school (Google Translate translates this as school for aerospace puppies - go figure
)
1st year pilot school pupil, 2nd year pilot school pupil, aviation specialist school pupil

Dioctionary probably won't help either unless its a military one. Hopefully this will be of some use until you can find a helpful and knowledgeable Czech/Slovak speaker. Left to right, top to bottom:

pharmacy, (?) final control (no idea!), arms administrative service, clothing, tecnical aviation armaments service, technical engineering armaments service, technical telegraphy armaments service, personnel

Thank you very much, that information is a great help. You translated more of them than I could. A special thank for the branch of service collar tabs, I really struggled with those and the few I did translate didn't seem to make any sense.
