Do we have any available information and even photos of the Spanish armed forces during the war and not counting the Legion Azul in Russia? What about within Spain itself? What was the status of the Spanish military post-civil war?

Yes (even not counting the División Azul, either). Of course, it is mainly available in Spanish.
