I have found a two-sided leaflet: on one side is the Habsburg (2-headed) eagle and on the other side is this text (same one in 3 languages):

Habt Vertrauen!
Das Haus Habsburg wird Eure Interessen
am 25. 4. 1945 in San Franzisko vertretten.

Confidate!
La Casa Absburgo difendera i vostri interesi
il 25/4/1945 a San Franzisco.

Zaupajte!
Habsburška hiša bo dne 25. 4. 1945 branila
Vaše interese v San Franciscu.

Any info on this Habsburg involvement with United Nations Conference on International Organization, that was in San Francisco from 25 April 1945 to 26 June 1945?
