Does anyone have any info on the Danish torpedo's? I've found very little information on them. Any help would be appreciated.

Check this book:
"Forsvarshistoriske Skrifter Nr. 7 - Danske Torpedoer 1868-2008" (Kaj Toft Madsen, 2008. Danish text. ISBN 978-87-89022-58-0 )

Some info in this as well, although it mainly covers the history of danish torpedoboats:
"Torpedobåde gennem 100 år - Det danske torpedobåtvåpen 1879-1979" (Hans Garde & Hans Chr. Bjerg, 1979. Danish text. ISBN 87-87720-02-7 )

It's out of print it seems, but should be available at a library (I don't know if you're a danish resident?).

Also, the danish national archives in Copenhagen (Rigsarkivet) has a lot of records on the subject:

There's also a textbook covering the early danish torpedohistory: "Lærebog om Torpedoer" (by H.C.M. Andersen, published by Søminevæsenets Torpedosektion in 1938). Might be available at Rigsarkivet or danish military museums.

The danes used primary the same torpedoes as other nations. like Whitehead torpedoes in the late 19th century, and ex-german, british/ US/ swedish torpedoes post-WW2. The danish torpedo-production lasted from from 1885 to 1905 and from 1912 to 1943. Mainly Whitehead-torpeoes (licensed) and a few danish developments.
