These are decoded messages (real or maybe examples) of a Soviet cipher machine. Can a Russian member translate them?

If you dont get a useful answer here try this site. There are several Russian & English speaking historians that lurk there. Tho some may not wish to discuss intellgence information.

You are to to check the ones you have in operation and present an accurate report on their work and defects found. Kashin [sender's name] - No.316/31 4/16 14/7 - Golubova[ operator] 2047


From safe 312/31 2/16 14 7 43 Sky [codename] - to major general Kozlov - lieutenant colonel Zhdanov sent according to your personal command will arrive on 16 July 1943. Krasin [sender's name]- No.312/31 2/16 14/7 Golubova[operator]
