After a recent gift I now have three spare BRAND NEW volumes of Mark Yerger's series, all still in their plastic vacuum wrap direct from the publishers, these are in the UK and are for sale at £29 each plus £4.00 postage in the UK.

I also have a spare 1957 copy of Krätschmer's classic book, occasional pages are coming loose with age, £29 plus £4.00 postage in the UK.
