Hi ilfil,
that could be a Krupp type L 1,5, here a pic of a so-called 2t-Schnelllastwagen (source of the pic: "Das Lastwagen-Album Krupp" by Bernd Regenberg.

Re: ► Soft Skinned Vehicles
Hi Sturm 78,
to Your question about the Büssing-NAG truck. As far as I know it cannot be the type 501, because on Your pic a model with a diesel engine. The type 501 had a petrol engine. The truck on Your pic has four flaps on each side of the motor hood. So it has the diesel engine GD 6 with 6 cylinders and 135/146 hp.
Best regards
Bert

Re: ► Soft Skinned Vehicles
Klöckner-Deutz Type 330/3000 in Greece. Judging by the high lift I would guess this to be the 4x4 Type A 330/3000. Opinion anyone?
Cheers,
Max

Re: ► Soft Skinned Vehicles
Hi Max,
It still isn't high enough for 4x4 and the front wheel hub is for dead axle, so for me it is S3000. The "Allrad" looks so (this is a prototype chassis from May 1941, still with the bonnet sides usual for 4x2 trucks ) :
Isn't the picture dated? Indeed, those bonnet sides with horizontal louvers are typical for the wartime 3000As but on 4x2 chassis they suggest postwar truck S3000, still with water cooled engine as produced from 1946 to 1948. This is pure theory, of course. It could be wartime truck with "borrowed" bonnet sides.
Cheers!

Re: ► Soft Skinned Vehicles
Thank you for that information, ilfil. Granting that it is indeed a 4x2, your comment about the bonnet louvers is somewhat confusing in of light the following composite photo (posted by someone called "ilfil") and subsequent discussion in another forum :
Cheers,
Max
