The formwork is now finished.(except for the insert in the top which will allow a separate roof to be cast so that it can be lifted out. My next task is to make the reinforcement.

Hi all

Apologies yet again for my absence. School Holidays and a funeral in Ireland, along with jobs in the garden etc.
Ive made a start on the reinforcement (very time consuming)

This is the insert for where the roof will fit, which can then be lifted out so the interior can be seen

This is the underside, the notches will allow a reasonable thickness to the concrete above features so that they don't break when the roof is dropped in place

This is the front armoured plate in position. Ive use nails to simulate the bolts that were used to secure the armoured plate into the concrete structure. The brass sections are to simulate the steel beams.
