Hetzer - Eastern front

Nice effort! Some hard use represented on that Hetzer. :)

I was just thinking that with those nice rusty spare tracks and what appears to be the rusty exhaust on the rear deck, if a few tiny rust streaks running down deck and back end might not add to the effect.

And, maybe some exposed metal in small tiny patches and "scratches" from wear and tear by the crews' boots and hands near the hatches on top and the back engine deck, where the paint might get worn quickly but not get a chance to rust due to constant wear.

Just a thought.....

:D Thanks for your comments friend!. As we can observe at the colour photos, not necessarily the boots used to scratch the hatches zone because of the material they are made and, in case of any obvious damages caused by the battles, weather and time, they were even covered by the snow, sand or dust.
During a trip to London, France & Belgium I had the great opportunity to personally see some beautiful tanks, some were in its original condition (not painted by the museums).
