Here is a 1/40 scale model of the battleship Yamato constructed out of 200,000 Lego bricks by Junpei Mitsui, a 24 year old student at the University of Tokyo. It took him six years and four months to build. This replica is the largest vessel ever made with Lego and is 6.7 meters long, 90cm wide, weighing 150kg.
