I do have a pedantic question.

Am I right to interpret turret markings of 121 as platoon/zug leader of the second platoon/zug of No.1 Company? If so this might be an anachronism as No 1 company, with armoured cars remained in Belgium when 1 SS deployed to Normandy before August. This was probably because they had not finished their training. Zetterlings Normandy 1944 mentions this quotes a status report dated 1 August as a source.

This is a minor nitpick which should not spoil a sense of triumph for a model building tour de force!

My vehicles are somewhat generic so I can use them in more than one unit. For this unit in Normandy, I understand all the 234/2 were in the HQ company of the Abteilung. There is one image of a Puma with a number starting with 0. I will and have use this same vehicle, with 2nd Pz Div and Pz Lehr. Themarkings are probably accurate for none of them!
