Hi - attached are a few additional photos I took to show some of the very small "nibs" that are left when the supports are removed. One can easily sand them off. I also gave the panel part a very lite coat of metallic paint just so that it would photograph better and to see if the wavy surfaces would show through a primer coat - they are very faint through only 1 lite coat so I am pretty sure once properly painted the surfaces will show smoothly. With the paint, you can see better the little points were the supports were between slats. Very little cleanup needed and it will be ready to use.
