I'm also making bunker doors from cardboard.I'm making camo nets from medicine cotton net and paint it with diferent paints and thinner.
I know for that topics on equipment thread.I found many usefull informations there but I need these tree kinds of bunkers to complete plans for a big diorama I'm planing to build. It will consist of at least 20 bunkers.
Today I've been in old german WW2 military compound in the wood 5 km from my home.I'll make an bunker and building from that site

So you are going to build a big diorama with many bunkers. It sounds cool :)

Please post pics of Your new bunker when You finish it.
I'm planing to make a huge diorama in my attick. It will be at least 12 square meters big.I have an smaller dio (6m) but I'm not satisfied with it anymore so I'll destroy it, use some good parts of it in new dio and make a new one.Now I'm gathering all needed informations, pictures, books etc. about bunkers and other equipment...
Have You heard about book "Fortress Europe"?
I'm planing to buy it.It should be helpfull in building bunker models

Domagoj: I`m looking forward to see your diorama :)
Here`s two pictures of the inside of one of the bunkers.
There`s a lot of beer bottles inside them, so I guess its not only us bunkerlovers who enjoy them

I think that a cleaning lady didn't came this week to this bunker.
It is very good to post pictures of bunkers (inside and outside) to this thread because they are very usefull in making bunker models. Also it is desireable to post pics of trenches, gun positions, coupolars, mg nests and other military buildings and equipment.Everything that can help in making bunker model.
I don't like to see that people write on the walls of bunkers, drink and shit in them and ruin them in any other way. Those bunkers should be locked and I should have the key :P
C_hoff, I'll post pics of the diorama but it will need a long time to finish it.
You can see pics of my old diorama on the forum.

I totaly agree with yoy Domagoj, only us bunkerlovers should have the key to those holy bunkers :) :)

The picture is from a Heeres Küsten Batterie very close to my grandparrents cottage. I just love to spend time there :D And best of all, the bunkers are not destroyed by writing or anything else.

Tomorrow I will post a picture of my latest project.

It will be great when You put plaster on it and paint it.I'm not making models so accurate in stirofoam, but arange it later with plaster.I'm puting thicker coat of it to the stirofoam. Also to prevent that the plaster don't crack

I think it would have been fun to build a big diorama with many bunkers, but I have no space at home for it :( So I have to build many small dioramas.

To have a bunker where you can build dioramas in would have been great :D :D Festung Diorama Building :)
