"Tiger" 1.E with interior
Re: "Tiger" 1.E with interior
Dear Yakov,
your vehicle is most impressive, keep up the good work. the tankwill be a gem when it's finished.
i have one question, where did you find the decals for the yellow-top shells? those are the ones containing high explosive charges, is that correct? i'm working on a flak 88 which uses the same shells, and i'm yet to find the right decals for these shells.
thank you for your answer.
best regards

Dear KoOkiE,
Thank you for positive estimation of my work. The Decals for 8,8-cm projectile are not original, but were take from 1/72 sets Me 262 A and Curtiss P-40 E. Good luck.

Thank you for your swift reply Yakov. In the meantime a friend of mine pointed me to the site of peddinghaus decals in Germany, where a decal sheet in 1/35 for these shells can be obtained;
click me
I've ordered a sheet, this looks exactly like what i was looking for, and the text appears to be accurate too.
anyway, keep up the good work!

Absolutely stunning work.
Such a fine job takes time, patience and a love for the project....I thank you for sharing your brilliant photos too. The detail is magnificent, and as an ex member of the British Royal armoured corps, I can symapthise with the cramped conditions inside an armoured vehicle!!!
A hearty congratulations.

Re: "Tiger" 1.E with interior
I would like to know where you got those figures for your tank, Did you custom make them or buy them?
Re: "Tiger" 1.E with interior
Hi your tank is absolutely stunning, I love the details, the paint job...
There are only two thing I don't like, first the head of the radio operator is wierd, and skin tone(I know he is tanned and dirty), but still.
Second, I miss a good camoflage painting on your tank, with your skills, it would be even more stunning.
Here is mine, its almost complete, it needs some final touches and decals, but its basically the basic kit, not pimped.
Later I may post better pictures, when its finally completed.
But the details are definately not as good as yours. But its still impressive I think, with the camouflage.
