Is the Wehrmachtsbericht online somewhere?

I am interested in obtaining the original Wehrmachtsbericht. However, before I go and spend hundreds of dollars on the extant three-volume set in German, I am wanting to check if the Wehrmachtsbericht is currently available online (e-book, pdf, download, etc.), preferably in English. If it costs a little bit that's OK, it would be a lot cheaper than getting three hardcover books!

Not that I''m aware of in either English or German... but tbh, you can pick up the complete set in paperback from the late 80s for about £15. It's not a difficult translate.

Der deutsche Wehrmachtsbericht 1939 - 1945

It's in three volumes.

Although that seems a bit odd. Surely the Wehrmachtsbericht is something that fits the description of a public domain work. Is it under copyright of some kind (e.g. If I created an online version from the text that you're recommending, would there be any problem?).
