Any suggestions as to where to get a copy of Rudolf Koppensteiner's Die Ahnentafel des Fuehrers?

Nothing for sale on Amazon.de or eBay.de. It is available at some libraries in the USA but nothing in Ontario.

If you use www.bookfinder.com there is one available in Germany - but for 250 Euros.
