Aberdeen has received several books now and he is slowly shipping them out in order to people who have reserved their copies. Guaranteed this book will sell out.

I guess signed copies are going first. Did you get a notice telling you that the book was shipped, or just got surprised by the arrival?

You guys were charged for it right? I'm feeling a bit in the dark, as I pre-ordered months ago but haven't got a shipping notice or been charged.

I reserved a copy some months ago, then ordered online two weeks ago when the book came out. I tried direct payment via paypal, but the it was returned the next day, when I received an email that an invoice would arrive with the book delivery. After that, no more news.

So, did anyone in Europe already receive the book? But I guess shipping will take several weeks.

You have to ordered it, you are not going to be charged unless you do it (did you actually place an order or just let them know that you wanted a copy?)
Also, I think you have to pay $195 now...

Not Europe, I'm in Argentina, but have no problems paying it with Paypal. Now, I'm shipping it to a friend's house in Miami, so I don't know if that's why I have no issues.
I find strange that they would send you the book without payment?.

I'm in the UK and my copy arrived on Monday after a shipping time of about 8-10 days.

FYI: Amazon is selling it now at $178.09, which goes to $190.55 with the tax (don't know if always apply), and free shipping in the US, so it's cheaper than at Aberdeen.
But it's not yet in stock so you'd have to wait until they receive some copies.
